Bioinformatics and Chemoinformatics
A group of IMST team has conducted research and development in information technology to establish and enhance the microbial information infrastructure that
- provides the systematic collection, preservation and distribution of microbial resources and
- facilitates the search-and-discovery of exploitable microbial resources.
In collaboration with various research groups in National and International Networks, IMST has been building biological databases to support researchers to find useful biological information for scientific research, and developing tools based on machine learning and data/text mining techniques for data analysis, comparison and visualization.
