Yeast extract 4 g Malt extract 10 g Dextrose (d-glucose) 4 g Agar (if needed) 15 - 20 g Distilled water 1000 ml
Yeast extract 2 g Soluble starch 10 g Agar (if needed) 15 g Distilled water 1000 ml pH 7.3
Potato, peeled and cut 200 g Glucose 20 g Agar (if needed) 15 g Distilled water 1000 ml pH 5.4 - 5.6 Boil potato for 20 min. Strain through a fine sieve. Add glucose and agar, and boil until dissolved. Do not use new potatoes.
