Deposit Technical Services Training Services

We offer four types of deposition. Please read deposit information before submitting your deposit form.

Public Deposit

Wish to contribute to R&D community? Biological materials deposited in our public collection are made available to support education, research and development.

Confidential Deposit

Wish to confidentially store your biological materials? Biological materials kept in our confidential storage facility are available only for the depositor. Biological materials will be tested by TBRC upon the depositor’s request only.

Safe Deposit

Wish to confidentially store your biological materials and have them checked by TBRC regularly? Biological materials kept in our safe storage facility are available only for the depositor. The depositor allows TBRC to test the biological materials regularly.

Patent Deposit

Wish to secure your IP? Biological materials are securely handled according to the national IP regulations.

We offer different kinds of technical services to meet specific demands of your research and business.

Isolation Service

Wish to obtain pure cultures from your samples? The isolated microorganisms can be subsequently sent back to you and/or proceeded to identification service.

Identification Service

Wish to know what microorganisms are in your samples? We employ advanced methods to isolate and identify microorganisms (DNA sequencing and MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry).

Identification and Colony Count of Individual Microorganisms in Mixed Cultures

Wish to know CFU of individual microorganisms in your products? We use MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry to enumerate individuals microorganisms in your products.

Culture Preservation Service

Wish to long-term store microorganisms by yourself? Microorganisms are expertly prepared and preserved before retuning to the customer for self storage.
